Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Kott and Hanley: Page 7, line 24: Delete "or" Page 7, line 25: Delete "." Insert "; or" Page 7, following line 25: Insert a new paragraph to read: "(5) a person who does the arranging on an incidental basis without compensation." Page 14, line 28: Delete all material. Insert "knowledge of a conviction or indictment, presentment or charging by information or complaint of an" Page 19, line 4: Delete "facility administrator" Insert "administrator, foster parent, member of the licensee's household, regular volunteer, or staff person" Page 19, lines 7 & 8: Delete "or a sex crime as defined in AS 12.62.035;" Insert a new paragraph to read: 1994-04-27 House Journal Page 3782 HB 412 "(3) the conviction, indictment, presentment or charging of the licensee or an administrator, foster parent, member of the licensee's household, regular volunteer, or staff person at any time for a sex crime as defined in AS 12.62.035;" Renumber the following paragraphs accordingly. Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Brice objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 412(HES) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 412(HES) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 412(HES) am pass the House?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clauses. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kott later gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 412(HES) am and it was taken up then.
